A Steep 10/12 or 12/12 Roof sheds the weather well.  Intended for parking only with some utility storage capacity available on the lower level remaining space. 32'-0" and larger depth units will have utility space and a utility access door ( optional ). The Eave Face is presented above the garage doors in this design along with a Multi Slope Style Dormer. The upper level includes an open Studio that could become an apartment, game room, art studio or storage.  The Options are Endless.
