The Hornbeam is a standard 3 bay garage design. A low pitch 6/12 roof allows for easy walk ability with limited balance. The 8/12 choice would be harder to traverse, but would more easily exhaust weather conditions. Intended for parking only with minimal storage capacity available in the remaining space. An Optional pull down ladder is noted for light overhead storage. The Eave Face is presented above the garage doors in this design. The 3 Bay Garage Plans include a material list and a material calculations guide to assist with Estimation.
